Effective leadership is one of the essential components of thriving nations and organizations in any sector, particularly in the emerging context of the 4th Industrial Revolution (Bonciu, 2017; Zucconi, 2016). Leadership, though, is a complex construct that defies simple explanations or single approaches (Liu, 2015).
