The Journey Toward Clarity in CSR Development for SMEs

In today’s dynamic business world, clarity is essential for the successful development of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs, particularly in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). Drawing from the findings of my recent SME CSR Study (https://livrepository.liverpool.ac.uk/3171004/), I aim to lay out how clarity plays a pivotal role in shaping CSR development across the four phases through which these programs progress.

Publication of the book in your Leadership series Palgrave

As Chinese businesses become a much larger presence in African business sphere scholars and practitioners have increasingly sought to understand this impact and how its changing the business context.
